The Original Lunatic Phringe CHAT is a character based system that requires you to have a telnet client. Windows 95 and NT come with a program called TELNET.EXE which works, but just barely. If you have OS/2, UNIX, or LINUX yer all set. The terminal emulators that come with them work great. For you unfortunate Windows95/NT users, here are some links to places where you can find good telnet clients.
